Redundant cloud computing: it's about the sky

Yesterday I complained, today I take that back: Friday's Gillmor Gang was a return to form with several great pointers. Calacanis explained how his team will/has set up Maholo.com's data on various clouds, like EC2, Google Apps and other in order to have a back-up in the cloud, but on separate clouds. Followed by talk about cloud balancing and sky computing. It starts at about 40 mins in and is definitely worth a listen. Technorati Tags: , , , ,

We talk about the important stuff at the 40 minute mark on purpose so only the real fans get the good stuff. :-)
